This project began in 2023 with donation-based sessions in the park under the name Yoga for Everyone, offering a safe and inclusive space for all bodies and backgrounds. It later grew through collaborations with Shanti Yoga Café and Freefall vzw.
Today, sessions at PURE Pilates en meer reflect an evolution of that mission. In partnership with PURE Pilates, RUDÁ Yoga was born—a unique blend of intuitive flow, emotional grounding, and the alignment-focused precision of Pilates. It’s a practice where tradition meets innovation, and everyone is welcome.
