Whether you're an early riser, have a busy workday, or prefer to unwind in the evening, sessions can be arranged at a time that suits your schedule—mornings, afternoons, or early evenings, weekdays or weekends.

Vinyasa Flow & Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)

Dynamic flows synchronized with breath, boosting strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, providing a gentle warm-up while enhancing circulation and coordination.

Evening Flow

This evening session invites you to gently unwind, release the day’s tension, and reconnect with yourself through calming postures, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation, guiding body and mind into a restful, peaceful state.

Meditation

Explore stillness, attention, and awareness. In our fast-paced, noisy lives, meditation offers a profound way to reconnect with ourselves, simply be, cultivate inner peace, and navigate the world with greater clarity and balance.

Breathwork (Pranayama)

We practice techniques like Ujjayi and Kapalabhati to regulate the nervous system, increase vitality, and restore calm.

Mantras & Chanting

Sessions may include OM and ancient peace mantras to harmonize energy and deepen the meditative experience.

Yoga Nidra

Deep relaxation session, where we lie in stillness and practice mindfulness. This method helps the body and mind recharge, bringing peace, confidence, and serenity through guided visualizations and positive affirmations.
