A 2-Day of Silence Retreat

A wonderful spring weekend to step back from the rush of everyday life and create space for stillness, reflection, and renewal.

I’m excited to offer a deeply nourishing 2-Day of Silence Retreat, nestled in the serene surroundings of Muziekbos. This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, embrace silence, and welcome the new season with open hearts.

 

What to Expect:
During this retreat, you will experience:

  • Gentle Yoga: Cultivate awareness and soften into your body.
  • Guided Meditations: Quiet your mind and reconnect with your inner self.
  • Mindfulness Practices: Embrace the present moment with intention.
  • Time for self-reflection, free from distractions.
  • Optional body therapies available to deepen relaxation, to balance and to detox (additional cost applies - €60 for 1hr Massage therapy or €40 for 40 mins, €45 for 1hr Foot reflexology, and €30 for 30 min of transformational cupping).

 

What's Included:

  • One-night stay at the lodge in a peaceful retreat setting.
  • Two nourishing vegetarian meals: A grounding dinner and a wholesome brunch.
  • Tea, water, and fresh fruits available throughout the retreat.
